All film submissions must be DVD format for preview-screening. We will accept both NTSC formats. All DVD screeners must have the Withoutabox ID # clearly written on them.

Preview DVDs must be labeled with the film title, running time and contact information (including name, address, and phone number).

We accept films whose original dialogue is in either English or Spanish. Films whose dialogue is in another language must be made available with the original language soundtrack and English subtitles or dubbed in English.

All film submissions must be shipped prepaid and packed in proper containers to arrive at the Film Festival office no later than July 12th, 2008.

Films selected for screening will be notified by the end of July, 2008.

If a film is invited to participate, the exhibition copy must be shipped prepaid, insured and packed in proper containers.
